RULES AND REGULATIONS

This lottery is governed by the Rules and Regulations Respecting Lotteries and Gaming of WCLC, WHICH INCLUDE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY and are available from WCLC upon request. Some of the prizes offered by this game may have already been claimed.

PRIZE CLAIMS

The ticket control number determines the prize won, if such is the case.  All winning tickets must be confirmed by a WCLC Lottery Retailer through the control number.  No prize will be paid if the ticket is not confirmed as a winner through its control number.

To claim prizes, complete the claim form printed on the back of the winning ticket.  Prizes of $1,000 or less may be claimed at participating WCLC Lottery Retailers.  For prizes over $1,000 or other prize information, call 1-800-665-3313.  WCLC will require the original ticket, together with identification, at the time of prize claim and reserves the right to publish the name, city or town of residence and recent photograph of a prize winner.  All risks of sending tickets remain with the player.

NOTE: PRIZES MUST BE ACCEPTED AS AWARDED. PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED ON OR BEFORE JUNE 30, 2021.
