Q. Do I have to complete the E‐PLAY game to find out if my ticket is a winner?

A. No. The E‐PLAY adds value to the traditional zing experience by adding sound and motion to the game, but it’s not necessary to complete the game to know if you’ve won a prize. The prize outcome is predetermined and coded into the zing lottery ticket. To find out if your ticket is a winner, you may: scan the lottery prize barcode under latex using the WCLC Lottery Manager App on your smartphone, or scan the lottery prize barcode under latex using a selfticket‐checker at a WCLC Lottery Retailer, or validate your lottery ticket for prizes by a WCLC Lottery Retailer.

Q. Why do I not get a prize result indicated when I scan my ticket at a Retailer or using theWCLC Lottery Manager App?

A. You must scan the rectangular lottery pdf barcode under latex that is contained in the Main Play Area of your zing ticket to find out if your ticket is a winner using the self‐ticket‐checker or WCLC Lottery Manager App. Do not scan the square E‐PLAY QR game code with a self‐ticketchecker or WCLC Lottery Manager App.

Q. How many play symbols are available in this game?

A. You must pick one INSTANT WIN symbol and one 2X MULTIPLIER symbol to start a ROUND. There are a total of 16 symbols available to choose from. The first 8 symbols are displayed and you must click the “MORE” arrow to view the remaining 8 symbols.

Q. How do I unlock the BONUS ROUND?

A. There are two ways to unlock the BONUS ROUND.

Within a complete SPIN, if:

1. three (3) identical YOUR SYMBOLS are displayed with the corresponding BONUS prize; or

2. any of YOUR SYMBOLS exactly match the INSTANT WIN SYMBOL with the corresponding BONUS prize;

the BONUS ROUND is unlocked.
